Shipping Times

All orders are shipped within 7 business day (working day only, and we don't work on weekends or on public holidays). All our products include delivery cost, the way of transportation will be local express in US, CA, UK and DE, other countries will be shipped by air. The bulk order, please directly contact us for details. 

Orders cannot be amended once it is placed. If the order is not shipped, we would cancel the order, if shipped, the clients have to wait for delivery or place a new order, return the wrong items and get a refund once they are returned to us.  Clients have to pay for return postage.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be dispatched immediately if the backordered items will be in stock over 20 days. The backordered items will then been dispatched when stock is replenished.

If the backorder will be available in 20 days, we will dispatch the whole order when the backorder is in stock. If you need the in-stock items urgently, please contact us freely, and then we will refund the backorder and dispatch the in-stock items immediately.

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
