Returns Policy

SYLSTAR offers returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

1. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition and the packaging is in as good as new condition, we offer a full refund of the item(s).
2. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition, but not in their original and undamaged packaging, we charge 15% per package.
3. All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. SYLSTAR reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you.
4. If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.
5. Items should be returned to our return address as instructed.
    If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse to refund if the goods are not received by our return centre.
    Items returned without an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
